I offer comprehensive support before and after the tender stage to help you secure projects that align with your business and ensure they’re delivered on budget. From preparing accurate, tailored estimates and competitive tenders to monitoring valuations, variations, and final accounts, I’m here to keep your project financially on track. I’m happy to be involved right from the initial enquiry to help ensure that your money is only invested in estimates/tenders that align with your company profile and have a strong chance of securing an order.
I have extensive experience measuring all types of building works from architects drawings and specifications, then pricing them into detailed, accurate estimates.
My specialty lies in complex refurbishment projects, particularly those involving challenging demolitions and alterations.
Projects are priced using specialist pricing books and pricing data from my own extensive database of recent projects.
I calculate preliminaries and suggest a suitably competitive profit margin, but everything is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your own pricing criteria.
All estimates and tenders are based on your specific labour rates and material prices can also be obtained from you own suppliers to ensure the utmost accuracy.
I like to include notes to accompany each estimate/tender which helps to provide clarity for both you and your client.
Some builders prefer a handover meeting to review the estimate or tender in detail and any changes can then be made immediately – although I’m also always available at the end of the phone, or via email if needed.

Once a tender has been secured, I can assist with preparing material lists for supplier enquiries and orders, as well as labour schedules for any subcontracted or outsourced packages.
I’m available for site visits as needed to monitor work progress, accurately record any variations, and prepare monthly valuations—giving both you and your client peace of mind that all works and changes are being properly assessed.
I also review subcontractor costs and material prices to ensure they align with the original allowances.
To help avoid any end-of-project surprises, I maintain an up-to-date final account throughout the project.
